In an Excel spreadsheet, list file paths and passwords in columns A and B. Back up PDF files before running the macro. Open the VBA window by clicking on Visual Basic in the Developer tab. Insert a new module and name it "EncryptPDF". Declare variables for file names, row numbers, and worksheet references.
