To open Numbers, click the Numbers icon in the Dock, Launchpad, or the Applications folder. If the template chooser (shown below) doesnt appear, click New Document in the bottom-left corner of the dialog. You can also hold down the Option key and choose File New (from the File menu at the top of your screen).

Duplicate a spreadsheet In the spreadsheet manager, select a spreadsheet. If a spreadsheet is open, click the More button in the toolbar, then choose Go to My Spreadsheets to return to the spreadsheet manager. Click the More button on the spreadsheet thumbnail, then choose Duplicate Spreadsheet.
iCloud: Open Numbers, and if a spreadsheet is already open, tap Spreadsheets at the top of the screen to see all your spreadsheets.
