chris orsini here and today i am going to show you how we can split documents in docHub so here weve got a pdf um that an agent had received that has both the fully executed contract and the hoa rider in one pdf and we need to split those apart to submit those to compliance in command so all we need to do is well just right click on the pdf and click split which is the third option down and then were going to get thumbnails of all of the pages in this document as we see here and what i love is we can mouse over these pages and kind of zoom into the document to just make sure were clicking on the correct document so off on the left is going to be the uh the documents that were going to create so were going to name this fully executed contract and all we need to do is select all the documents that apply to this uh this document name so there we go that is all the fully executed contract documents and now were going to go through and make the hoa writer and then click the hoa wr

How to use docHub to add multiple eSignatures to PDFs In docHub, open the PDF document in docHub Reader. Navigate to the Tools menu, then to Request E-signatures, and follow the signature workflow to designate your recipients. Add signing fields to your PDF form using the Fill Sign tools.
From the Menu bar, go to Tools Form Digital Signature . Click and drag the first signature field. Repeat the process for however many signatures you need.
