Sign PDFs for free with eSignature. Create a free eSignature account. Select Start now. Upload a PDF document that you want to sign. Check the Im the only signer box. Click Sign. Drag and drop your signature from the left-hand navigation panel. Click Finish.
Using the Document Markup feature, recipients can make changes to a document. Recipients can use the markup tool to: White out, or cover up, document text to show deletions.
Change your signature in your account From your account, select your account icon then select Manage Profile. Select Signatures and then choose: Edit to display all available signatures. Confirm that your full name and initials are correct, then select a style, draw, or upload your signature.
To add a digital signature, open your Microsoft Word document and click where youd like to add your signature line.
