In this tutorial video, the presenter demonstrates how to sign a PDF file that may not allow you to insert your signature. They show how to sign a normal PDF file by going to the rail and signing, then inserting the signature. If the PDF file does not allow you to sign, they recommend changing the setting to Microsoft Print to PDF and saving the document. Can a locked PDF be unlocked?

Open the PDF in docHub. Use the Unlock tool by choosing Tools Protect Encrypt Remove Security. Remove the password: If the document has a Document Open password, just click OK to remove it.

How do I unlock a PDF after signing?

Open the PDF. Click the Lock icon in the upper-left corner of the page. Click the link labeled: Permission Details. In the Security Method drop down, select: No Security.

What if a PDF is locked after signing?
