You can also delete comments by selecting them and pressing the Delete key on your keyboard. To select multiple comments, hold down the Shift key and click on the comments that you want to delete. Then, press the Delete key on your keyboard and all of the selected comments will be deleted.
Firstly, remove author name from all comments in specified scope. (1) In the Scope drop-down list, if you just want to change author names in current sheet, please select Active sheet option. (2) Choose the Remove user name from comments option. (3) Click the Apply button.
From the list of notes, tap the note to open it. Tap the ellipsis icon ( ) located in the upper right. Tap Delete.
Delete a sticky note Single click on any sticky note to bring up the drop down edit menu. Select Delete to delete the sticky note. All deleted sticky notes will remain in the Trash in the top right until emptied.
You may also press Ctrl + A + A to select the worksheet. Next, click on the Home tab to open a new drop-down menu. Select Editing from this menu and click Clear to open up a further menu. Finally, choose Clear Comments from this menu to clear all worksheet comments.
You can also delete comments by selecting them and pressing the Delete key on your keyboard. To select multiple comments, hold down the Shift key and click on the comments that you want to delete. Then, press the Delete key on your keyboard and all of the selected comments will be deleted.
If you want to delete only some comments, some notes, select cells with these comments and notes and click the Delete button in the Comments group on the Review tab.
Click or tap the Start button, and then type Sticky Notes. Click or tap the Sticky Notes app to open it. If only a single note is displayed when you open the app, click or tap the ellipsis icon ( ) in the upper-right of the note and then click or tap Notes list to see all your notes.
