hi this is Richard with a quick video explaining how to remove a date from being available to visitors to buy a ticket on the Eventbrite website this might happen if theres a closed meeting or a holiday that sort of thing where we cant have visitors register and then show up at a meeting where theyre not going to be welcomed so first you log in go up here select manage events the only one event is here so we click edit now you can scroll down and see that there are many event dates in this case weve set it up for the better part of a year we click the menu over here and you can see theres a variety of dates that are shown these are all the different dates now I want to show you this is the date that I wish to eliminate and theres a trashcan here which is available to be clicked here is a nether date and we have one registration in that date and you can see the trashcan is not available to be clicked if there is somebody registered for a meeting then that meeting cannot be cancell

If you cancel or delete a meeting, ALWAYS Send Update to EVERYONE - If you cancel or delete a meeting, but you do not send the update, the meeting is only removed from your calendar. If you are the organizer, no one is notified that you are canceling the meeting.
Delete an event that you created If you create an event, you can delete the event. This takes the event off your calendar, and off the calendars of everyone else invited. Open the event you want to delete. Delete.
To remove an event from your calendar: On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Calendar app. . Open the event you want to delete. In the top right, tap More. . Tap Delete. Delete.
Delete spam calendars and events on iPhone Open the Calendars app. Tap the unwanted Calendar event. Tap Unsubscribe from this Calendar at the bottom of the screen. To confirm, tap Unsubscribe.
Google does not backup Google Calendar and ONLY supports recovery of events that have been deleted upto 30 days prior. Go to Trash from within Google Calendar itself. You can restore Google Calendar events only up to 30 days prior.
Google Calendar events can only be recovered from Trash within 30 days of deletion. After this period, they are permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved. If a user empties the Trash, the events are deleted permanently.
Undo editing an event in Google Calendar Open Google Calendar in your web browser. Click on the event you want to undo editing. In the event window, click Edit. Click More actions in the top right corner of the window. Select View change history.
Events are only saved in a calendars trash for 30 days. If you didnt have edit access to the calendar the event was created on, you wont see the event in trash. Theres a separate trash for each calendar you have. Try looking in the trash for other calendars.
