hey everybody this is andrew with life and lens wipes blog thanks for joining me for my first video tutorial how to remove a date stamp from your photo today Im going to be using docHub Photoshop Creative Cloud 2015 the only thing Ive done to this photo already is Ive cropped it down because most people who know me well get embarrassed when Im with them in public havent figured that out yet but that is why Im saving them hours of embarrassment so alright lets get started the first thing Im going to do is Im going to double-click on the background layer just to make it a normal layer then Im going to hit command J to duplicate it and Im doing that so because I want a reference before and after I do the edit Im gonna hit Z to get my zoom tool and Im gonna zoom closer in so I can see what Im working at the next thing Im gonna do is Im gonna go to the tool bar on the left and select the rectangular marquee tool and thats what Ill be using to select the date stamp Im gonn
