this is crystal and today were removing items in PowerPoint yes once youve placed an item in your PowerPoint presentation you can remove it or move it to another location so in PowerPoint I dont need this I dont need this shape anymore so what I do is I select it and I can press my Delete key and its gone oops I didnt really mean to remove that from this particular presentation so I can go to my quick access toolbar and I can undo what Ive done thats only if Ive had the document open undo is available so there you have it youve removed some items in PowerPoint this is crystal see you soon

The delete key is a key on most computer keyboards which is typically used to delete either (in text mode) the character ahead of or beneath the cursor, or (in GUI mode) the currently-selected object. The key is sometimes referred to as the forward delete key.
The other reason you cant edit the data could be that its a pasted picture of a graph which isnt editable. If thats the case, then youll need to re-create the graph in PowerPoint in order to get something you can edit. I hope this helps!
