welcome back knight owls this is dr nighttime and tonight im going to go through how to relatively easily type math uh as youve noticed if youre ever trying to type up the math you run to the problem that there are some symbols that just dont appear on the keyboard theres no integral symbol theres no divided by symbol there isnt even a times symbol and dont get me started on fractions and square roots so there are some ways of entering some of those right so for example if youre just in a regular word processor i hit on the i hold down alt and on the number pad i hit 0 2 1 5 that will get me the multiplication symbol but though im going to introduce away with the free program open office to very easily and relatively intuitively type math now ill mention the go-to program for typing math for mathematicians is attack this is not attack the thing i dont like about attack is that to even start a document you need to download a class file it has no default settings you have to
