hey there folks are weve been away for a little bit havent been able to post up any lessons on Excel or PowerPoint or even word lately weve been real busy lately but lets jump right in here with just a new lesson for you and this lesson were just going to look at adding a few sheets if you remember we went through subtracting in Excel using some formulas and how to enter data in these cells here on your Excel spreadsheets so if we remember right these little tabs down here identify how many different sheets we have and the overall excel book is what we refer to as a workbook so down here youll notice that I have a couple of different sheets now how do we add those sheets is that is a great question because sometimes youll want to reference graphs and have data on separate sheets so that they dont show during your presentation or other times you want to link data so today were going to figure out how we can add some more sheets into our Excel workbook so down here at the botto

To create a new spreadsheet: Open the Sheets home screen at sheets.google.com. Click New. . This will create and open your new spreadsheet.
Click the location inside the cell where you want to break the line or insert a new line and press Alt+Enter.
To switch between sheets in Excel using a keyboard shortcut, just press Ctrl+Page Up or Ctrl+Page Down. This will move you to the previous or next sheet in your workbook, respectively. You can also use the Ctrl+Tab shortcut to cycle through all the sheets in your workbook.
Hold the ALT key and then press the Enter key (or Control + Option + Enter if youre using a Mac)
Finally, if you want to quickly move to the first or last sheet in a workbook, you can press Ctrl+Home or Ctrl+End, respectively. These shortcuts will take you to the first or last cell in the worksheet, but you can press Ctrl+PgUp or Ctrl+PgDn to move to the first or last sheet, respectively.
On the worksheet, click a cell. Type the numbers or text that you want to enter, and then press ENTER or TAB. To enter data on a new line within a cell, enter a line break by pressing ALT+ENTER.
The option to add new sheet is greyed out? If the workbook structure is protected with a password, youre unable to add, delete, move, copy, rename, hide or unhide any sheets.
Edit data in a cell Open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. Click a cell thats empty, or double-click a cell that isnt empty. Start typing. Optional: To add another line within a cell, press ⌘ + Enter on a Mac or Ctrl + Enter on Windows.
