hey everyone welcome to another episode of Smart Tips Im Avi VP of Partners at smart Suite this week were going to talk about how you can easily docHub into the record Commons section more easily without having to open the record page and then go to the top right to find the comments section you can also theres a way in smart Suite to open the record and by default have the comment section expanded so lets take a look how so when youre within smart Suite the first thing to understand is that every record has a commenting section you just have to open it from the top right over here and in the commenting section you can obviously tag any user thats within your workspace once you tag a member you can write them a message and theyll get notified you can also assign it to them and it will show up in the my work section and they can mark it as resolved you can mark it as resolved for them you can filter by the different comments and then when youre done you simply close the comment

Word wont allow you to add comments to text within a text box, as you can to regular text in your document. If you absolutely must have comments in your text boxes, there are two possible solutions. The first is to work around it by just adding hidden text in the text box.

What are Comments? In addition to changing text, people can make a comment about part of the document. Comments show in balloons in the right margin of the document. They can be read by the original author or by any other reviewers and can be accepted or rejected along with the other changes.
