The userID in docHub is incorrect or restricted. The docHub account (that the userID is in) is not properly configured as an enterprise account. The channel that the account is in is not correct.
Authentication failed means there is a temporary block due to too many failed attempts. After 30 minutes after the last login attempt, the block is removed automatically by the system.
If you receive this error message, that means that the username and/or password that you have entered is incorrect. The error message states Authentication failed!
