How to rotate a PDF on an Android device. Open the PDF in the Acrobat Reader app. Tap the Organize Pages tool on the left toolbar. Tap and hold on the pages you want to rotate. Choose either clockwise or counterclockwise at the bottom of the toolbar.
Download and Acrobat Reader on your Android device. Open the app and import the PDF file you want to encrypt from your device or cloud storage account. Look for the security or protection menu and select the option to encrypt or password-protect the PDF file.
Highlight or select a specific page or set of pages that you want to rotate. Click the rotate clockwise or rotate the counterclockwise icon located in the top toolbar.

The quickest and easiest way to rotate your screen is to press and hold CTRL+Shift and the Refresh key on your keyboard. The Refresh key looks like a circle with an arrow on it, located just above the numbers 3 and 4 on your keyboard. Each time you do, your screen will rotate 90 degrees clockwise.
