So if you do add maybe two of these methods or perhaps even three of these methods then its even better. Lets go onto method number one, which is using a PDF protection tool such as PDF2Go. So go to PDF2Go.com and then where you go is to the Protect PDF option. So if you go to all tools, theres an option to click on Protect PDF. From here you simply drag and drop your file right here. So this option is for PDF documents specifically. So lets say Ive got this ebook right here that I want to protect or password protect specifically thatll upload it as you can see and then while we wait for that, we can just choose a password that we want. You dont need any special apps or software to encrypt a PDF you just need to add password protection, and you can do it quickly using an iPhone. Acrobat online makes it easy to password protect any PDF, creating a secure, encrypted file.
Open a file in Acrobat and choose Tools Protect. Select whether you want to restrict editing with a password or encrypt the file with a certificate or password. Set password or security method as desired. Click OK and then click Save.
Choose Tools Protect Encrypt Remove Security. Remove Security: The options vary depending on the type of password security attached to the document. If the document has a Document Open password, click OK to remove it from the document.
If you plan to edit or print a secured PDF in the future, you can remove the password protection in Acrobat by clicking File Security and updating the settings. That way, you can easily print, edit, or even convert the PDF any time without needing the password.

Manual Way to Resolve the Issue of PDF Security Printing Not Allowed Open the PDF with Google Chrome. You will have to enter the password if it is user-locked. Press the Ctrl+P or Command+P key to open the Print window. In the next window, click Change Save as PDF. Select the destination location and save the file.
If you have the password, you can follow these steps: Open the encrypted PDF document in docHub. Enter the password when prompted. Click on File and then Properties. In the Properties dialog box, click on the Security tab. Click on Security Method and select No Security from the drop-down menu.
