Open a PDF file in Acrobat. Open a PDF file in Acrobat. Click on the Export PDF tool in the right pane. Choose Microsoft Word as your export format, and then choose Word Document. Click Export. If your PDF contains scanned text, the Acrobat Word converter will run text recognition automatically.

Follow these easy steps to password protect a PDF in Windows 10: Navigate to the Acrobat online password protection page from any browser. Click the Select a file button or drag and drop a PDF into the drop zone. Create and enter a password, then retype it to confirm the password. Click Set Password.
Check default program settings: Right-click on a PDF file on your computer and select Open With from the context menu. Choose Choose another app or Open With Choose default program. Make sure that Microsoft Word is not selected as the default program for opening PDFs.
How to Copy Text from a Password-Protected PDF? For a password-locked PDF file, you need to open the PDF in docHub where you need to enter the file password, locate the File-Properties-Security, remove the password and save, and then reopen for copying the text.
Open the PDF in Acrobat. Use the Unlock tool: Choose Tools Protect Encrypt Remove Security.
First, open the PDF in your PDF reader and click Print, then select the Print to PDF option. Next, choose a file name and save the PDF as a non-password protected file. Finally, open the PDF in a Word Processing program and save it as a Word document.
Double-click the file from where you saved it to open it in Acrobat. Once opened in Acrobat, click File From the File menu, select Export to Select Microsoft Word Select Word Document Rename the file if you want, then click Save.
