[Music] so Im going to teach you how to convert your pdfs without using any external applications so lets just right click on your PDF first of all and you guys are gonna open up with preview all right so this is preview let me just zoom in so you guys can see a little bit better so preview thats what were gonna use so again youre right-clicking on it open with preview most of you have preview as your default already so youre good to go so lets just open it up so this is my PDF as you guys can see my PDF its an image however it can be anything could be text it could be a contract being anything again so heres my preview lets just go up here where it says file on file you guys will click on export thats right here right thats this option so once you guys click on export you will see down here below a few options alright so you guys will see you guys can export it as a PNG jpg which are the most common and then all these other ones alright most of you are just gonna use jpg a

Follow these steps to convert a PDF to a PNG file. Navigate to the Convert PDF page on docHub online. Click the blue button labeled Select a file or drag and drop the file into the drop zone to upload your PDF. Choose PNG from the file format drop-down menu. Or choose JPG or TIFF instead, if you wish.
Once you have it, follow these steps: Open Acrobat and open the PDF. Press Command-D to see security options, or click File Document Properties. Type in the password. Choose No Password from the dropdown menu where the password is used. Click OK, then OK again. Save the PDF.
Convert PDF to PNG Mac Launch the Preview app from your Application folder. Open the PDF you wish to convert. Click File Export. Select PNG from the Format dropdown menu. Click Save.
Password-protect a PDF in Preview on Mac In the Preview app on your Mac, open a PDF. Choose File Export. Click the Permissions button, then do any of the following: Enter a password in the Owner Password section, then retype it to verify. Click Apply, then click Save.
In the Finder on your Mac, open a window, then Control-click the item you want to encrypt in the sidebar. Choose Encrypt [item name] from the shortcut menu. Create a password for the disk and click Encrypt Disk. Important: Be sure to record and keep this password in a safe place.
Mac Users: Password Protect a PDF Using Preview Open a PDF file in Preview. Go to File Save As. Look for a checkbox labeled, Encrypt. Click the box to be prompted to enter a password to protect the file. At this point you can also type in a new name to create a copy and keep the original PDF unencrypted.
Open the PDF in Acrobat, and do one of the following: Go to All tools Protect a PDF. From the Protect a PDF toolset in the left pane, select Encrypt with password. Select File Protect Using Password.
Open the PDF document you would like to password protect, select the Tools tab, scroll down to find the Protect Standardize section, select Protect. 2. The Protect tool bar will appear, select the Encrypt button drop menu. Here you can either Encrypt with a Certificate or Encrypt with a Password.
