In this video tutorial, the focus is on reducing the size of large PDF files to make them easier to share. There are three main options for this: adjusting settings while creating a file, saving existing files in lower quality, and compressing files through online tools. It is suggested to first check if your PDF viewer app offers options to reduce file size before searching for external tools. One simple step is to resave the file using apps like docHub or acrobat. The tutorial demonstrates this process using a 54-page, 17-megabyte file as an example, showing how it can be made smaller for easier sharing, such as through email.
