hi I am Raymond Camden a developer evangelist for the docHub Document Services team and today I want to share with you some quick tips for working with the docHub PDF embed API now for the most part this is a super simple API to work with its a great way to incorporate PDFs into your website but I wanted to share a few quick tips for things that Ive seen trip people up from time to time in the hopes of saving you from making the same mistake that myself and others have made so lets start off by talking about a real kind of simple mistake to make one then Ive seen more than one person make if you look at our documentation and our sample code you know we had this nice 25 line code block here showing you an example of using the embed API and very clearly in here we have some code that says your client ID the idea being that you will need to get your credentials and then paste in your ID and replace that value what I have seen time and time again is that people will take this little bloc

How do I enable tracking in PDF?

3 answers Open Word, and click Track Changes in the Review tab to open the Track Changes feature. On the File tab, click Export, click Create PDF/XPS Document. The system prompts you to select the location to save as, click the option function in the dialog box, and check the Document showing markup.

How do I embed something in a PDF?

Attach or embed files To attach a file, go to Insert Attach File in PDF. To embed a file, go to Insert Embed File in PDF. How do I trace a PDF drawing?

Can you embed a tracker in a PDF?

No you cant inside a PDF file .. PDF files cant contain scripts that would allow you to insert scripts for tracking like you would in an HTML page or HTML email. The main reason why they never implemented something like this is due to security concerns.
