Note: Your Word document must be closed to insert it into a PowerPoint presentation. Open PowerPoint, and click Home New Slide. Select Slides from Outline. Find and select the Word document in the Insert Outline dialog box, and click Insert.
Open your presentation in PowerPoint for the web. On the File tab of the Ribbon, click Share, and then click Embed. In the Embed box, under Dimensions, select the correct dimensions for the blog or web page. Under Embed Code, right-click the code, click Copy, and then click Close.
In Normal view, select the slide youd like to add a video to. On the Insert tab, click Video, then click Movie from File. In the Choose a Movie dialog box, select the file you want to insert. If you want to embed the video on the slide, simply click Insert.
From the top toolbar, select the Insert tab. In the Text section, select Object. In the Insert Object window, select Create From File, then select Browse to locate your PDF. Select OK to insert the PDF file as an object into the slide.
When you embed a PowerPoint presentation object in your document, Word runs the PowerPoint slide show when you double-click the presentation object in the document. You cannot edit the presentation within the document. The presentation object can be embedded only, not linked.
Open your presentation in PowerPoint for the web. On the File tab of the Ribbon, click Share, and then click Embed. In the Embed box, under Dimensions, select the correct dimensions for the blog or web page. Under Embed Code, right-click the code, click Copy, and then click Close.
In PowerPoint, select the slide that you want to add the file to, and then select Insert Object. In the Insert Object box, select Create from file, and then enter the PDF file location; or, click Browse, find the PDF file, and then select OK.
Go to the slide where you want to embed the file. Click on Insert from the top menu and locate object on the banner options to insert any file into the presentation. You can add a Microsoft Excel Workbook, a Microsoft Word Document, a pdf, or any other file type if it is listed in the options.
