its an easy process to add photos or graphics to google docs all you do is go under into the toolbar the insert image the drop down menu there will allow you to choose to either upload a photograph or an image from your computer to search for one on the web to load one from google drive photos by url or if you have a camera attached you can even take a picture and insert it directly for our purposes today well just go into google photos which brings you into your google photo account and you can grab any photo from your collection and bring it into the document i think we should take advantage of the fact we have a brand new puppy here and im gonna grab this photograph the cuteness index will be very high you move the photo to where you want it to appear in the document release and the photo is brought in in full size now you can adjust the size of the photograph by grabbing the corner and then scaling it down and you can also adjust the text wrap to make it far better formatted as

Add an image to a document or presentation On your computer, open a document or presentation in Google Docs or Slides. Click Insert. Image. Choose where to get your image from. Upload from computer: Insert an image saved on your device. Search the web: Search the web for an image. Click Insert or Open.
Embedding Google Documents, Presentations, Spreadsheets, and Drawings Open your Google Document (or other Google item). Under the File menu, click Publish to the Web. Copy the iframe code. On the page you want the Google Doc embedded, click on Source Code button from the WYSIWYG editor to open the HTML editor.
Embed files Open a file in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides. At the top, click File Share. Publish to web. In the window that appears, click Embed. Choose a publishing option:

Find images that you want in google. Right click image and choose save image/picture as, then select a location on your computer to save the image to your computer. Open your document and click Pictures under Insert tab. Choose related images and click insert to add it to your document.
Right-click the image and select Image options. Then, select the Text wrapping option and open the drop-down menu. Put the image behind the text.
Log into Google Drive. Click on the New button on the left side of your screen and select File Upload. Find your PDF file and upload it. Once its uploaded, click on it and select Open With Google Docs to turn it into an editable file.
Laying out a document with both text and images can sometimes be a challenge. To make this task a bit easier, you can lock an image into a fixed position in Google Docs. You can choose a spot for the image, adjust it relative to the top left of the page, or pick a quick layout.
