In Explorer change the . pptx file extension of your presentation to . zip and double click it to open the contents. Look inside the ppt\embeddings folder to see a list of the objects and how big they are.
When you embed a PowerPoint presentation object in your document, Word runs the PowerPoint slide show when you double-click the presentation object in the document. You cannot edit the presentation within the document. The presentation object can be embedded only, not linked.
Try it! Select the objects you want to align. Press Shift to select multiple objects. Select Picture format Align and select how you want to align them: Align Left, Align Center, or Align Right. Align Top, Align Middle, or Align Bottom. Distribute Horizontally or Distribute Vertically.

Insert an embedded object On the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Object. Do one of the following: If the object does not already exist, click Create new. In the Object type box, click the type of object that you want to create.
1) Select an image, then head to the Picture Format tab. 2) Choose the Selection Pane. 3) A new window will appear on your right, displaying all of your objects on a slide. Select the image and click the lock button on the right to lock its position and size.
Once you have determined that switch to the slide master view and select that layout. Now, right-click on the layout and choose Format Background and tick the option to Hide background graphics. Click OK. This will hide all the on the slide master and not show up on the layout.
Apply an image to all slides On the View tab, click Slide Master. In the Slide Master view, select the slide master at the top of the thumbnail pane on the left. On the Slide Master tab of the Ribbon, click Background Styles. Click Format Background. To insert a picture from your computer, click Picture or texture fill.
In the thumbnail pane on the left, click any slide layouts that have the picture watermark you want to remove. On the Slide Master tab, click Background Styles. Click Format Background. In the Format Background pane, under Fill, click Solid Fill.
Its sufficient to show your logo clearly on the first and last slide of your presentation to let people know who you are. The space on your slide is limited, so dont waste it on elements that dont add value to your content.
