To scan documents on your iPhone and send them to your email, open the Notes app, tap on the camera icon, and scan the document. Once scanned, you can save it and then email it by tapping on the scanned PDF in your notes. You can easily scan multiple documents and save them for emailing.

View and download scanned documents You can view and download documents that you scanned using the Notes app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. In Notes on iCloud.com, select a note that contains a scanned document. Do either of the following: View the document: Double-click the thumbnail of the scanned document.
Using the Files app Open the Files app. Tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner of your screen and select Scan Documents. Scan your document, then tap Browse at the bottom of your screen. Find and select your file, then tap the Share icon in the bottom-left corner. Select the Mail app to email your file.
If you download a file onto your iPhone or iPad from the internet, you can find it in your Downloads folder in the Files app.
How to scan documents on your iPhone or iPad Open Notes and select a note or create a new one. Tap the Camera button , then tap Scan Documents . Place your document in view of the camera. If your device is in Auto mode, your document will automatically scan. Tap Save or add additional scans to the document.
To find scanned documents open the Files app (found on your home screen or in the App Library). Navigate to where your scanned documents are saved, which could be in the iCloud Drive, On My iPhone, or any other connected cloud storage service.
By default, Scanner relies on the Apples Mail app to send scans via email. If scans cant be sent from Scanner, this is most likely because the Mail app is not installed, properly configured, or your email is simply stuck in the Outbox.
Scan a document , then choose Scan Documents. Position iPhone so that the document page appears on the screen; iPhone automatically captures the page. Scan additional pages, then tap Save when youre done. The document is saved as a PDF in the note.
-Usually, when you connect a scanner to your computer, Windows PC saves scanned documents in either the My Documents or My Scans folder by default. But for a Windows 10 user, you may find the files in the Pictures folder, especially if you saved them as images, such as . jpg, .
