Choose File Print. Click the down arrow of the PDF pop-up menu, then do one of the following: Save the PDF to iCloud Drive: Choose Save to iCloud Drive. Send the PDF via email: Choose Send in Mail, type an email address in the To field, enter a message if you want, then click Send.
For the current message: Choose Edit Attachments Insert Attachments at End. For all messages: From the Message viewer, choose Edit Attachments Always Insert Attachments at End of Message (a checkmark shows its on).
Outdated Software Occasional software glitches can also be the culprit behind attachments not showing on Apple Mail. To prevent this from happening, make sure that your Apple Mail and macOS are always updated to the latest versions.
By default, Apples Mail app for Macs will show any attachments as an inline preview. This means that a large image will quickly fill up the mail window and make it difficult to navigate.
Why do my attachments show up in the message body and not below the subject line? Outlook allows you to send email messages in three formats: HTML, plain text, and rich text. If you use rich text format (RTF), any files you attach will show up in the message body.
Some attachmentslike images or one-page PDF documentsare displayed directly in the message. If youd rather view the attachment as an icon, Control-click it, then choose View as Icon from the shortcut menu. To display the attachment again, Control-click it, then choose View in Place.
Theres no denying that email is the easiest way to send a PDF file. Simply upload your PDF document as an attachment to your mail message, click send, et voila!
