hello everyone and in this video i will show you how to uh save an email as a pdf file on an iphone so first open the mail app then dab on the mail that you want to save as a pdf file now on the bottom tap on the arrow that is positioned towards the left scroll down and tap on print on the bottom you will see two pages on the top right corner tap on print again scroll down and tap on save to files now you can set the name of the file to whatever you want to so i will rename the document to how to office and then tap on done then you can also choose the location that you where you want to save the pdf file so ill tap on downloads and save it in downloads now to save the document tap on save on the top right corner and you have successfully saved your email as a pdf file on your iphone now you can go to the files app and check your saved email check here we saved it on my iphone in downloads and here i have the email saved as a pdf so that is how you save an email as a pdf file on an ip
