The video tutorial demonstrates how to resolve the issue of PDF files opening with Google Chrome instead of docHub Reader or Acrobat. Symptoms include PDF files displaying the Google Chrome icon instead of the docHub Reader icon. The solution involves closing any open PDFs, right-clicking on a saved PDF file, selecting properties, changing the "opens with" field from Google Chrome to docHub Reader, applying the changes, and updating file associations for all PDF files in Windows.
