Hi everyone. In this video, I will show you how to create and edit local holdings records for serials in MARC 21 in Record Manager. So, lets say I have two volumes for the title European Journal of Public Health and I want to add them to my collection. Ive never added any holdings for this title yet. So, Ive logged on to WorldShare Management Services and now Im going to go ahead and select Metadata and then Im going to click on Record Manager. Now since I have an ISSN, Im going to use that to search for a record for my holdings and I will leave it set to Bibliographic Records. I will leave the search scope set to All WorldCat since I dont have any holdings yet for this title. Im going to change the index to the ISSN index and then Im going to paste the ISSN number in there for the title and I will click on Search. Now the first thing I want to do is refine my search.
