So, in the Office 365s version of Outlook, both online and the desktop version, lets take a look at what you can and cannot do. So if I open up the browser version of Microsoft Outlook, you can see here that normally, I would see the email in the reading pane. If I highlight the subject line and I try to make changes to it, notice there that I cannot edit the subject line.
