Five PowerPoint secrets exposed! Number one. Go up to the search bar and type in stock video, select one of these videos, and you now have an epic background for your slide. Number two. Go up to insert, then add-ins, and type in countdown. You can now insert a timer on your slide. Number three. Press the shift key while drawing a circle, a square, or a line, and youll get a perfect shape. Number four. While presenting, press the F1 key. This opens up all of the available shortcut keys. My personal favorite, press Ctrl + P for the pen tool. And number five. You can design a graphic in PowerPoint. Once youre all done, press Ctrl + A, then right click, and you can save as a PNG, a JPEG, or a GIF.
