hello everybody in this short clip I would like to show you how to quickly open process analyze and report a proton NMR spectrum using the latest ribbon control interface integrated with Emin over 12 so on the data browser lets open the proton spectrum and drag the folder with the raw data into m nova the spectrum is automatically processed we could improve the baseline to do this go to NMR processing then apply Auto baseline correction this spectrum is now ready for analysis so go now to NMR analysis and select reference to make sure that this peak is set to zero now click Auto multiplet analysis to carry out peak picking integration and multiplet analysis all in one go once the analysis is done lets zoom in on one of the peaks and double-click on the Box in the middle to open the multiplet manager table and use the blue arrows to navigate through the different Peaks to make sure the results are correct for instance in this one we can split the integration into two check the other
