Explaining the process of rearranging pages in a PDF using Microsoft Edge Open the PDF: Launch Edge and open the PDF with either drag-and-drop or the Open icon. The file will open in a new tab. Access Page Viewer: Click View in the top menu bar. Reorder Pages: Click and drag a page thumbnail to its new position.
Heres how: Open the PDF in Microsoft Edge. Select Edit in the toolbar at the top of the screen. Select the blank fields you want to edit and type in your text.
Choose Edit from the global toolbar, or select All tools, and then select Organize pages. The Organize Pages toolset is displayed in the left pane, and the page thumbnails are displayed in the document area. Select a page thumbnail you want to delete and select Delete on the left pane to delete the page.
Click on the Print button to proceed. In the Save Print Output As dialog box, choose the location where you want to save the extracted pages and provide a name for the new PDF file. Under the Pages section, specify the page range you want to extract. For example, if you want to extract pages 2 to 5, enter 2-5.
To get started, simply right-click the PDF file you want to edit. Then click Open with Microsoft Edge. Your PDF will open in a Microsoft Edge window along with a menu bar of annotation tools: highlight, draw, erase, and add text.
Click on the Edit PDF tool in the right pane. Use Acrobat editing tools: Add new text, edit text, or update fonts using selections from the Format list. Add, replace, move, or resize images on the page using selections from the Objects list.
