Hi Im Andrew from Clios Learning team. In this video I will be guiding you through how to edit a draft bill. After watching this video you will be able to add new entries, update existing entries, and remove unwanted entries on a draft bill in Clio. To edit a bill start by navigating to a draft bill found in either the main bills page, or the bill sub tab of a matter. Toggle over to the draft sub tab on the top left corner and from under the actions section select edit alongside the corresponding bill. From here you can update both the issue date the due date and the invoice number Immediately below you see a table with all of your time and expense entries in the order they appear on the bill. You now have the ability to edit and update the details of each entry including the date, the optional activity category, the description, the amount of time, and the hourly rate.
