When using a spreadsheet, it is recommended to use the tab key to move to the right and then hit return to move to the next row. However, be careful as using tab and then enter may override the cell content. Use control z to undo changes. To edit the text without replacing it, click on the text and double click to enter editing mode. You can append text to a cell by clicking on it. The function bar is where you can edit text as well.
