hi team sub-zero group this is michael teal and i just wanted to show you how to adjust those Outlook email templates in case you wanted to have the ability to do that in-house going forward so heres a look at how you do it the first step is to go up to your Outlook settings what you want to do is go into file you want to go to options and the key thing with in your mail tab is to go in and in the signatures area make sure that youve got your new messages in your reply forward set to none that way you wont accidentally populate the Outlook templates with your personal email signature so Ill learn that one going into to doing these but thats a key thing they need to hit okay so youve got that set up the reason is what I have over here in this new window and this is my personal box account but I have all six of those templates set up there and they have that file suffix oft for Outlook template so what you want to do if you need to switch one of those Im just going to go to numbe

Create Templates From the Compose Window If youve written an email in the compose window that youd like to save as a Template: 1. Click the Template button at the bottom right of the compose window.
