Today's project involves working with a piece of oh one tool steel. Despite less than ideal workholding, the process begins slowly but safely. The decision to use a narrower tool steel was made due to cost considerations. A 3/8 inch four flute rougher cutter is being utilized, along with a tapered end mill to provide relief on the cutting edge.
