In the Preview app on your Mac, click the Show Markup Toolbar button (if the Markup toolbar isnt showing). Use the tools in the toolbar to mark up the PDF (or use the Touch Bar).
To do so: Open your PDF with the PDF editor. Click the diagonal line icon and choose the shape you want. Adjust the size, color, and position as neededsimilar to a drawing. Remember to download your file at the end.
How to insert text into a PDF Navigate to iLovePDFs Edit PDF tool. Select the file you want to edit from your device, Google Drive or Dropbox account. In the main toolbar, select the Add text button and type in the text box. Click on the text box to drag and drop it to its correct position.
Choose Tools Text Tool. Choose Notes Line. Drag in the document until the line is located where you want, and drag the end points until it points where you want.
How to draw lines in PDF. In Acrobat, Click the Tools tab, then click Comment. Click the Drawing Tools and select Line. From here, you can go to your document and draw a line. To make your line straight, press the Shift key and draw your line.
Open the file in Preview by default, or control-click the file and choose Preview. Click Show Markup Toolbar. Click the Draw icon.
Open the PDF document you want to edit in . Click on the Draw Line tool in the toolbar. Position your cursor where you want to start the line, click and hold the left mouse button, and drag the cursor to where you want to end the line. Release the mouse button to finish drawing the line.
Insert a row Place the insertion point in a row below or above where you want the new row to appear. Choose Table Insert Row. Specify the number of rows you want. Specify whether the new row or rows should appear before or after the current row, and then click OK.
