hi everyone welcome back today were going to look at how to complete a field sketch and you are going to need some specific equipment today so let me quickly go through what you will need you need an a4 plain piece of paper a ruler a pencil and then I would like you to go and take this equipment with you and sit by a window with whatever view you have what you see on the screen is a view from my classroom and this is the view I will be using to show you how to complete a field sketch once we have decided on our view were going to start by drawing a box frame where our sketch will be completed on the a4 piece of paper I would then recommend that you divide this frame up further into four more sections using dotted lines and a ruler using these dotted lines that we have just added Im going to begin by drawing my horizon or skyline of my view points Im using the dotted lines that I had originally put on and the frame to allow me to make sure that my view is not squished or distorted
