This video demonstrates how to disable PDF printing by using a PDF writer. Firstly, open Windows Explorer and locate the document you want to protect. Right-click on the PDF file and choose "Make Secure PDF" in the PDF writer. In the printing and viewing tab, ensure that the allowed printing checkbox is deselected. Click "Publish" and confirm the protection status window. The protected PDF will appear in the folder with a .pdc extension, only accessible with Lock Lizard Secure PDF viewer. Printing is disabled in the viewer, preventing any printing actions.
