The video tutorial demonstrates how to disable printing on a PDF document. Using a PDF writer, you can select the printing and viewing tab to deselect the allowed printing checkbox. After confirming the protection status, the document becomes a protected PDF with a .pdc extension. This file can only be opened with the Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer, where printing is disabled, and keyboard shortcuts for printing are ineffective.

How do I stop a PDF from being downloaded and printed?

In the customization mode, you will see a menu on the left. Choose Controls there. In the Controls, you will see the Share, Print, and Download options. Disable Print and Download.

Why does my printer say Print to PDF?

On the Print dialog Box, On the Bottom Left there is a check box which says Print to file. Uncheck that check Box, you would be able to print from your physical printer.
