In this video, we will show you how to disable PDF printing. First, open Windows Explorer and locate the document you want to protect. Right-click on the PDF and choose "Make Secure PDF" in the PDF writer. Select the "Printing and Viewing" tab, then ensure the "Allowed Printing" checkbox is deselected. Click "Publish" to confirm. The document will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with the LockLizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing is disabled, so the print icon will be greyed out and keyboard shortcuts will not work.
