This video tutorial demonstrates how to disable PDF printing. First, open Windows Explorer and locate the document to protect. Right click on the PDF and choose "Make Secure PDF." In the PDF writer, select the Printing and Viewing tab, and ensure the "Allowed Printing" checkbox is deselected. Click "Publish" to confirm the protection status. The protected document now appears with a .pdc extension, and can only be opened with the LockLizard Secure PDF Viewer. Printing is disabled, as indicated by the greyed out print icon in the viewer. This effectively prevents printing using keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl+P.
