With DOT Hub, you can easily collect signatures from others by adding signature fields to your document. Assign specific recipients to these fields and create a sign request. You can set a signing order or allow all recipients to sign at once. Define who receives the finalized copy, customize the email message, set reminders, and add an expiration date. Once the sign request is ready, send it to the signer. They will receive an email with the document attached, showing designated fields for signing. The completed document will be sent to both the recipient and sender, and finalized documents cannot be altered. If there is a set signing order with additional signers, the next steps will be followed accordingly.
