I-so Tracker Document Control is a folder-based application. In this video tutorial, we demonstrate how to create folders within the document control module. First, login to your account and click on the new folder icon to open the folder creation page. Name the folder and then consider enabling the convert to PDF option, which converts all documents within the folder to PDF when published. You can change or remove the default watermark for the PDF. Assign users read access to the folder, allowing them to view documents and record change requests.
