often when Im creating a document for instructions or scheduling or any number of things often the text will run off into a second page when I really just want a onepage document so to shrink anything to uh single page you can add something to your quick access toolbar called shrink to fit and by clicking that everything is in one document Im just do that again how to do that is to go to the drop- down arrow to the right on the quick access toolbar go to more commands over here you will choose all commands once youre down here if you just put in the letter s at least that will take you to the shrink area let me just pull that down a little more yep shrink one page is what its called here you would just click that and add it you can see I already have it there you would click add and then you would click the okay button at the bottom and thats all there is to it just super easy it just kind of condenses everything and uh youve got one document
