welcome back in this video I am going to show you how to show mathematics equations in you Jeckle blog post by default Jekyll uses cramdown as its markdown parser the problem is the cramdown parser does not comes with latex or text parser so we need to do it through JavaScript I am going to use one of the popular library call mathjax mathjax take a little bit of loading time so I am going to load the library only on my post page you can find the CDN link from the description because mathjax official CDN has been retired since 2017 now we need to configure the mathjax to format math equations I am using text to Jacks extension Annes latex font now we can use a single dollar sign for inline math equation and double dollar sign for any complex math equations let me show you that now if you dont know how to use special math symbols and format equations check out my blog I have an article about writing mathematic formulas in markdown thank you for watching see you soon
