This video tutorial demonstrates how to disable PDF printing by making the document secure. First, locate the PDF in Windows Explorer, then right-click on it and choose "Make Secure PDF." In the PDF writer, go to the printing and viewing tab and deselect the allowed printing checkbox. Click on "Publish" to confirm the protection status. The protected document will now have a .pdc extension and can only be opened with the Lock Lizard Secure PDF Viewer. The document will open in the Safeguard Secure Viewer without the ability to print.
