To delete a record in a datasheet view, you can select it by clicking on the record selector and then press Delete on the keyboard or use the Home tab to delete. You can select multiple records by dragging the record selector or using Shift + arrow keys. Access prompts for confirmation before deletion. To delete a single record, right-click on the record selector and choose delete record. For multiple records, hold Shift and right-click. The delete commands drop-down list includes the delete record command.
