Pin and unpin apps to the Start menu Select Start from the taskbar. In the Recommended section, select More and then scroll to the app you want to pin. Press and hold (or right-click) the app, then select Pin to Start. To unpin an app, select Unpin from Start.
Open Teams. Select Settings, the three dots icon near your profile picture on the top right (), then choose Settings. Select People. Under Sync contacts, select the Manage button. Under Already synced, select Remove next to From Google, From Outlook, or From Skype to unsync those contacts.
If you do not want a shortcut on your desktop, click the icon, and then drag it to the Recycle Bin. This action only removes the shortcut, not the program that it is pointing to. You can also right-click the icon, and then click Delete to remove a shortcut from your desktop.
Then it would be best to right-click on a blank space on a desktop. Now in the Personalization appearance and sounds window, select Change desktop icons on the left side of the window. Click on the box to remove the tick mark adjacent to the desktop icons you wish to delete. Then click Apply and OK.

Right-click the icon: Right-click on the desktop icon you want to delete. Select Delete: In the context menu that appears, select Delete.
To remove an app icon from the home screen on an Android phone, press and hold the app icon. Options to uninstall or remove the icon should appear, allowing you to drag it to the Remove or Uninstall option, depending on your device and Android version.
How to Remove Icons. Some icons are shortcuts to programs on your computer. Shortcut icons usually have an arrow in the bottom-left corner. If you do not want a shortcut on your desktop, click the icon, and then drag it to the Recycle Bin.
