How to remove a digital signature in docHub Open your PDF, and head to the Edit menu. Click Preferences at the bottom of the drop-down list. Select the Signatures option to the left of the Preferences pane. From Signatures, head to the center panel and click the Identities and Trusted Certificates option.
In Acrobat, select All tools View more Add a stamp Stamps pallette. Choose the stamp category, right-click the stamp, and choose Edit. Edit the category or name of the stamp, or replace the image, and then select OK.
Download this new copy of the PDF and open it. Select the Lock icon on the top-left corner and select the label Permission Details. Continue into the Security Method drop-down and change it to No Security. Provide the password and select OK to verify the removal of the encryption password.
To remove your signature, right-click the signature and then choose Clear Signature.
How to unlock a PDF to remove password security: Open the PDF in Acrobat. Use the Unlock tool: Choose Tools Protect Encrypt Remove Security.
Resolution Open the PDF document in docHub. Select the Prepare Form tool. Select the form field(s) to unlock. Open the form field properties window. Uncheck Locked checkbox in bottom-left corner. Uncheck Read Only checkbox. Re-check Locked checkbox and select Close
Click the Lock icon in the upper-left corner of the page. Click the link labeled: Permission Details. In the Security Method drop down, select: No Security. Enter your unlock password and click the OK button three times.
