Click the home tab in the menu bar. Click Find Select. Select Go To Special. Select Blanks. Then hit OK. Then find the delete icon on the top of the screen. Access the drop-down menu by clicking the downward arrow on the right. Click Delete Sheet Rows.

Remove all spaces between numbers Press Ctrl + Space to select all cells in a column. Press Ctrl + H to open the Find Replace dialog box. Press Space bar in the Find What field and make sure the Replace with field is empty. Click on the Replace all button, and then press Ok. Voila! All spaces are removed.

Locate hidden cells Select the worksheet containing the hidden rows and columns that you need to locate, then access the Special feature with one of the following ways: Press F5 Special. Press Ctrl+G Special. Under Select, click Visible cells only, and then click OK.
To remove the excess formatting in the current worksheet, do the following: On the Inquire tab, click Clean Excess Cell Formatting. Choose whether to clean only the active worksheet or all worksheets. After excess formatting has been cleared, click Yes to save changes to the sheets or No to cancel.
